Product Type: Water Soluble Straight
Sulphate of Potash is a good source of potash and sulphur in soluble form. Unlike other source of Potash, this is free of chloride-based salts (low salt index). It is ideal for use where potash content is in less than needed concentration. In case of soils which are saline containing higher amount of chloride levels, SOP is the preferred choice for potash. It stimulates the growth of strong stems and enhances disease resistance ability by promoting thickness of the outer cell walls. Appropriate applications can reduce moisture loss from growing plants and help in drought resistance. It also improves colour, flavour and storing quality of fruit and vegetables. It is useful in furrow or broadcast applications for agricultural use.

Use in accordance with the recommendations of a qualified individual or institution or according to an approved nutrient management plan.
Special Notes
Avoid using in low pH conditions of 5 or less without consultation.
Precautionary Statement
May be harmful if swallowed. Exposure may cause irritation to skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Do not breathe dust. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed. Wear protective dust mask and eye protection. Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
Storage & Disposal
Store it in its original package in a cool and dry place while keeping it away from sunlight. Follow directions for fertilizer storage and disposal as per local guidelines, provincial, and federal regulations.

Approved for use in organic agriculture by Pro-Cert. Products may also be restricted by usage annotations (listed on the ViviGro Certificate) and must be followed when applying the substance as part of an Organic System Plan.
